Every commission starts with a conversation and ends with original artwork, made with you, built around your lives and the wedding you're envisioning.
Here's how it works:
We have a call to talk about you and your wedding - your venue, colours, flowers, what feels special to you, moments or ideas you want to capture and the pieces of stationery you're thinking about. No need to have anything prepared, just a few ideas and a general vibe to go on is enough to get started.
I’ll create a plan for what we could create together, along with references and ideas based on everything you've told me. We meet again and begin designing the artwork.
I paint the final artwork by hand on stretched canvas or paper. You see it as it develops and have a say at every stage.
The painting or illustrations become your save the dates, invitations, menus, name cards, and signage. I will arrange for everything to be printed and delivered to you.
After the wedding, the artwork comes home with you. Something from your wedding that will still be on your wall in fifty years.
